Look into buy a property In Bodicote and wandered if the 280 home next to cricket ground was going ahead or not?

Any up to date feedback would be great.

Question from Sarah Gibbs on March 10, 2016

Hi, we live on Longford Park and have been told our boundary is changing and we will be classed as Banbury which seems absurd! Our council tax is going up hugely and we moved to a village not a town. Has anyone got any thoughts on this, I am trying to organise a group against this and was wondering if anyone has any information on this and also can we really do something about it or are we going to be fighting a losing battle?

Question from Anonymous on November 9, 2015

I wonder if Gladman developments are going to make any effort to blend these 280 houses in with the village? The current Longford Park development resembles a monopoly board with red houses and red roofs that are not in keeping with the character of the village. I note that the new build developments in Adderbury-Feldon Chase and Adderbury Fields have largely been fronted in the local ironstone. Will the same be applied to the new Gladman houses?

Why can the entrance & exit not be through one of the side roads onto Sycamore drive crossing salt way? Could the spine road be permanently bollarded to stop through traffic in future?

Question from Anonymous on October 17, 2015

If the Gladman Development goes ahead, what proposals have been put forward to make the flow of traffic on White Post Road better? Parking and traffic flow due to the school run and when car boot sales are on make this road congested and dangerous!
